Shipping Options

Choose How You Ship

We offer pooled and individual shipping options so you can balance cost, speed, and convenience.

KD Logistics Pool

Most Affordable

The KDL Pool groups your shipment together with other customers' packages until a combined weight of 20kg is reached. Once the threshold is met, the total freight cost is split proportionally by weight — meaning you only pay for your share.

  • ✔ Lowest cost per kg — ideal for heavier or less time-sensitive orders
  • ✔ Freight charged once pool threshold (20kg) is reached
  • ✔ VAT, brokerage & delivery charged separately on arrival
  • ✔ Track pool progress live on your dashboard

DHL Express Pool

Fastest Option

The DHL Pool uses DHL Express — one of the world's fastest international couriers. Your packages are grouped with others for a shared dispatch, giving you premium express speeds at a shared cost. The pool has a 1-week deadline, after which it closes and is dispatched automatically.

  • ✔ Express DHL delivery — significantly faster than standard freight
  • ✔ Pool closes after 1 week or when all members agree to close early
  • ✔ Built-in group chat so pool members can coordinate and vote to close
  • ✔ Freight cost split by weight among all pool members
  • ✔ VAT, brokerage & delivery charged separately on arrival

Individual Shipping (send on your own)

NZ Post Economy Plus

Budget Individual

Ship your packages individually via NZ Post's Economy Plus international service. You request a quote through your dashboard and our team confirms the exact cost — no pooling required, just your shipment on its own timeline.

  • ✔ No waiting for a pool to fill — ship when you're ready
  • ✔ Admin confirms exact price after reviewing your shipment
  • ✔ Good for lighter or less urgent orders
  • ✔ VAT, brokerage & delivery charged separately on arrival

DHL Express (Individual)

Fastest Individual

Send your packages solo via DHL Express for the absolute fastest delivery. The rate shown on your dashboard is an estimate based on weight tiers — our team will confirm the final price via a quote before payment is required.

  • ✔ Estimated price shown upfront based on weight — final cost confirmed by admin
  • ✔ A quote is sent to you before payment is processed
  • ✔ Fastest possible delivery to Kiribati
  • ✔ VAT, brokerage & delivery charged separately on arrival
